Arduino Robotics - All-Girls - Middle School - Grades 4-8

Arduino Robotics - This class provides an opportunity for students to learn Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math in a fun and engaging manner.  In this course, students will be introduced to circuit building, micro-controller programming and 3D printing as they build a fully functioning and customized robot of their own! Best of all, everyone gets to keep their robot. Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Registration closed.

Coding & Game Design - Grades 2-4

Video Game Design combines the excitement of video games, the art of design and the principles of computer programming. This process will introduce students to a variety of skills necessary for Video Game Design. This class provides students with experience in the technical and creative skills of computer programming. A video game designer is similar to the  director of a movie; the designer creates the vision and implements the artistic and technical elements to produce a video game. Video games remain a effective tool to motivate problem solving, improve personal well being and inspire community interactions. Class takes place on Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Registration coming soon.

Introduction to "Scratch" Coding

JavaScript - Middle School - Grades 5-8

"JavaScript" is a programming language that allows you to implement complex things on web pages every time a page does more than just sit there and display static information for you to look at displaying timely content updates, interactive maps, animated graphics, or scrolling video jukeboxes, etc. — you can bet that JavaScript is probably involved!
