What is the primary goal of STEAM:CODERS?

We use the STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Design) to teach students logic, critical thinking and problem solving. These skills never go out of style. 

Does STEAM:CODERS have a minimum age or grade for students?

We teach students in elementary (grades K-5), middle (6-8) and high school (9-12).

How do you select students?

Students are selected on a first come - first served basis.

What will my child learn?

The primary focus of our STEAM curriculum is an introduction to computer science (i.e., coding), robotics, art and design). We teach students how to think, teamwork and resiliency.

How much does it cost for a STEAM:CODERS class?

There are no course fees. However, there is a non-refundable registration fee.

Is financial assistance available?

Yes. Students who qualify for free or reduced hot lunch are eligible to apply for assistance.
